As this IT Director, you will use your software development knowledge and drive to guide projects from inception to completion. You will:
Develop product roadmaps and strategies that meet objectives and overcome obstacles.
Recruit new employees, engage your team, and set a visible model for product managers.
Analyze key performance indicators and track shortcomings to guide continuous improvements.
Maintain contact with internal and external teams to align all strategic programming with the company vision.
