Senior Counsel
The candidate may have some administrative responsibilities and will have ongoing relationships with outside counsel. Along with other senior managers, will be responsible for assessing the many impacts of various regulatory requirements on our client base of Corporate, Government and Not-For-Profit clients and work with current clients to provide best practice solutions, as well as with prospective clients on RFPs and presentations. Develop a comfort level with on-line product at a high level in order to speak about n-line capabilities and how they support regulatory reporting. Explain, present, and work closely with clients on regulatory reporting service. Should have advanced Legal degree and 5
years of related experience. Must have a solid working knowledge of the institutional securities/trust business with a focus on accounting and regulatory reporting is very important. Should have a very solid understanding of the following: FASB, GASB, ERISA, and other regulatory reporting is critical to the success. Must have strong desire to focus on the regulatory aspects of our business in support of regulatory service offering.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
