The candidate will be involved in a variety of intellectual property matters, including those involving patent, trademark and copyright preparation, prosecution and counseling, licensing, opinion work and litigation support. Should preferably have a background in electrical engineering. Should also be admitted to the USPTO. Must be admitted to practice and in good standing before one or more State Bars.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
