Matthews International is looking for a Financial Reporting Analyst.
Description: The Financial Reporting Analyst will support Matthews Cemetery Products management team by maintaining reporting processes to meet the financial reporting needs of the organization. The successful candidate will:
- Perform regularly scheduled reporting to meet the financial reporting needs of the business leaders.
- Analyze business trends and provide additional data to manager and/or business leader
- Be detail oriented, ensuring accuracy or reporting and timeliness of information.
- Work independently to drive for solutions based on business trends and ensuring compliance with established policies, processes, and regulations.
- Leverage financial reporting systems to develop effective and timely management reporting tools & processes.
- Effectively communicate with manager and other internal customers as needed.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Compile the monthly reports for North America Bronze
- Provide accurate and timely customer reports
- Monitor critical master data underlying management reports
- Develop ad hoc reports as requested by business leadership
- Support compliance with internal controls
Qualifications:
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated knowledge of structured master data and relationship to business processes
- Knowledge of integrated business systems (e.g., SAP ERP/Business Warehouse/BI tools)
Education:
Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.), from four-year college or university
Experience: Over 1 year and up to and including 3 years or equivalent combination of education and experience.
