Position Description
The Administrative Assistant, Planned Giving and Annual Campaigns provides diversified administrative and multidimensional support to the Planned Giving and Annual Campaigns programs. The employee must be able to work in a team environment and be able to multitask and prioritize effectively. Strong computer, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential for success. On an as needed basis, the Administrative Assistant provides administrative back-up for the Corporate and Foundation Relations and Communications teams.
Education Required Associate
Overall Related Experience Level Required 3-5 years experience
Additional Education and/or Experience Essential to the Position
Three to five years secretarial/office management and/or related experience. Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint is expected.
High school diploma required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Candidate must possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Experience working in health care, higher education or other non-profit environment is preferred.
