We're looking for a Team Lead to be the go to for the daily unit operations of our Central Recovery Center and Walk-In Unit team.
Your main responsibility will be to the people we serve, ensuring that policies and procedures are followed, and that benchmarks for performance are met in an efficient and effective manner.
As such, you'll be leading a team of 12 staff to success through a high level of communication - and strong relationship building with both internal and external providers and resources.
