We are currently seeking motivated individuals looking to expand their career opportunities and join our construction team as a Construction Superintendent Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing overal construction labor hours and workforce.
Assist in project turnover meetings to understand the project requirements, scope of work, and schedule.
Schedule and provide needed labor for project completion within budget and project deadlines in conjunction with Project Managers.
Visit project sites, monitor and maintain project progress, and schedules for timely completion.
Ensure projects are being completed per code and company standards.
Participate in weekly Construction Operations Meetings.
Implement trade related training.
Complete administrative paperwork related to job(s) in a timely and accurate fashion.
Coordinates daily with project manager and site foreman to update manpower requirements, materials, tools, pickups and deliveries.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Promote continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
