Flexible, summer or fall 2023 Schedule:
Option 1:
Full-time rotational schedule working two weeks on and two weeks off.
While most hours will fall between 11 am - 7 pm, family expects 24-hour on-call availability during work weeks to adjust to the family's evening and travel needs, sometimes last minute.
Option 2:
Full-time nanny Monday - Friday with most hours falling between 11 am - 7 pm with on-call availability until 9 pm.
Family will need some weekend hours and a willingness to travel with them 3 weeks a year.
Any hours that you are unable to work, they will supplement with a part-time nanny.
8 and 10-year-old children
Benefits:
Paid vacation, health insurance stipend, overtime pay, annual raises, and assistance with relocation expenses.
Responsibilities and Duties WHO/WHAT:
Do you carry a commanding presence in every room? Are you the cr me de la cr me of nannies? A prominent local family seeks a buttoned-up professional to manage their home and care for their active children.
Like a chief of staff, you'll be proactive, trusted, and empowered.
Rest assured; you'll also be well compensated and deeply appreciated.
You'll be expected to handle everything from chauffeuring the kids (a vehicle can be provided) to preparing the family for travel to making appointments to cooking dinner.
There are two large furry dogs, and you'll let them in and out of the yard and manage their grooming appointments.
While the children are at school, your primary responsibilities will include helping the family:
with children's laundry, household organization, errands, and keeping the family's calendar in tip-top shape.
Your hours are flexible but generally will be late morning to early evening.
Safety and well-being are paramount.
Your head is on a swivel, ready to spot and outsmart danger.
