per hour Arbors Management is looking for an experienced Lead Building Maintenance Technician to work at a 47-unit 1 & 2 bedroom apartment complex in Brentwood.
This full-time position will allow you to use your skills in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, drywall and groundskeeping.

per hour based on experience.
Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 8:
00 AM to 4:
30 PM.
This position will require on-call time for after-hours emergencies.

As the Lead Building Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include:
Performing needed repairs which will consist of the following:
Electrical repair (switches, outlets, fixtures, etc.
) Plumbing repair (leaks, fixture changes, drain clogs, etc.
) Painting Drywall repair HVAC - minor troubleshooting, system changes (no cert.
required) Cleaning including trash removal, floors, restrooms and other public areas Groundskeeping including grass cutting and snow removal Performing physical and visible inspection of property grounds including outside areas, indoor common areas and individual apartment units Communicating with tenants regarding needed repairs Managing supply inventory and organization of the Maintenance Shop Completing work orders for all repairs Working with the property manager for work instructions Handling emergency calls after hours as needed (rotates with other staff)
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent 3
years experience working in a building maintenance position Physical ability to stand, bend, walk, stoop, crawl and/or climb for the duration of an 8-hour shift Ability to perform work in all skill areas listed above Excellent communication skills Ability to use a computer Must pass pre-employment drug and background screen Must have valid drivers license and personal vehicle TO APPLY:
