Litigation Legal Secretary

Responsibilities:
Manage files of active cases and monitor deadlines Transcribe dictation, proofread and draft letters and other legal correspondence Assist with trial prep including preparing exhibits and binders Answer phones, sort mail, communicate with courthouses and other administrative duties Track attorney billable time, expenses and travel arrangements Assist with billing and invoices e-Filing
Qualifications:

of experience is preferred Prior experience in a law firm setting is required Excellent communication skills High attention to detail Trustworthy and ethical Ability to type at least 50
