What Will You Do? oYou will be responsible for performing the technical duties associated with cloud computing. This can involve anything from designing cloud software and systems to implementing and maintaining them. oYou will troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise. oYou may be required to participate in our on-call rotation, approximately twice a year. All work is dispatched from our Forest Hills office, and you may travel to client sites on occasion. Please Note:
Most clients are within a 50-mile radius of Pittsburgh, and we supply use of a company vehicle, or you must have reliable transportation, in the event you start or end your day from the field. (Mileage/Parking reimbursed once a month). Education And Experience oAssociate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience is required oA minimum of 5 years of hands-on technical experience servicing the corporate community post-graduation, in the specific area of Cloud oMust have certification(s) from Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and/or Google Cloud Platform, to also include Cisco, VMware, or HP. oMust be able to maintain existing and earn new certifications, as part of the ongoing job requirements. Experience with the following is required:
oExchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive oAdministering Office 365 oOffice 365 Integration with Microsoft Active Directory oEmail migrations from Exchange, GSuite, and other platforms to Exchange Online For the Cloud Engineer position, you must have 3-4 years of experience in Cloud computing technologies, virtualization, software deployment, Cloud development, Microservices, and/or Service-oriented architecture. You must be able to discuss your role with on-premises to Cloud migrations. Skills/Job Requirements Software:

Specific experience with the following is desired:
Terminal Services, Wireless Access Points, Watchguard and SonicWALL Firewall appliances, User Account Administration, Computer Account Administration, Security and Permissions, Barracuda, Unitrends, GFI, and Cisco appliances. The ideal candidate for the Cloud Engineer position will have the above technical skills and experience; excellent verbal and written communications skills; the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment; the ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers; excellent organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail; the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively; strong work ethic and professional etiquette.
