Senior Counsel II - Corporate and Institutional
The candidate will give legal advice and support directly to relationship managers, credit officers, paralegals, documentation specialists, and loan administrators and servicers on commercial lending matters of varying complexity. Will draft, review and/or negotiate loan documents relating to all types of commercial loan transactions. Advise on ongoing administration of loans and collateral and intercreditor issues. Update standard commercial loan documentation forms. Provide training to documentation specialists and lending/credit staff. Select and oversee services of approved outside counsel.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
