Salary bandwidth for this role: 53K to 79K
JD: The incumbent is responsible for creating, analysing and publishing comprehensive business intelligence for the companys eCommerce program. Responsible for all aspects of eBusiness intelligence from monthly reporting packages to user behaviour, feedback to industry and competitor benchmarks. Will contribute to developing the 3-5 year eCommerce strategic roadmap. This position will work cross functionally with Marketing, IT, Finance, Sales, and Customer Service.
Requirements for the job:
2 years direct work experience in an eCommerce analytics capacity.
Bachelor''s degree in eCommerce, finance, accounting, business, economics, marketing or a related field.
Expert skills in data analysis software and computer languages (SQL, VBA) to analyze and manipulate data and develop/modify reports.
PMP or PMI Certification preferred
Knowledge or experience with relational database structures and query techniques.
Relevant course work in statistics, math, business or equivalent experience required.
Expert proficiency in Excel and Access, Google Analytics or comparable
ability to pull data from a Data Warehouse by authoring SQL queries.
