Senior Employee Engagement Analyst

Supports the projects and efforts that help U. S. Steel achieve its talent and employee engagement strategy and objectives through the use of best practices and methodologies.
KEY
Responsibilities:
Assists in the preparation and deployment of the employee engagement survey processes, communications, tools, and reports. Leads the administration and tracking of the employee engagement survey process.
Acts as a subject matter expert for the employee engagement survey process, systems, tracking and reports; assists with executing standard and custom reports, retrieves and analyzes data to help clients understand, develop, and drive executable plans.
Assists with the preparation of employee engagement survey related materials, which may include communications, reports, presentations, analysis/recommendation summaries, etc.
Provides front-line customer service to clients that have questions related to the employee engagement survey process, tools, timeline, etc.
Serves as the point person for generating periodic project management reporting/summaries for leadership or management meetings (dashboards, summary on action plans, etc.).
Supports the planning and execution of corporate-wide and business unit employee engagement projects and events (examples: town hall meetings, BRMs, ERG events, Carnegie Way events, etc.).
Assists the GM - Talent in documenting the diversity and inclusion strategy that is directed by USS business strategy and objectives. Periodically assists with action plans related to diversity and inclusion.
Serves as an ambassador, internally and externally, by helping to promote and build awareness of USS D&I strategy and branding, imperatives/benefits to the business, and key contributions currently in progress and/or planned for the future.
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a closely related field
At least five years of experience in employee engagement, leadership alignment initiatives, diversity and inclusion, and employee resource groups
Strong organization, communication, time management, and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong sense of team spirit
Ability to handle multiple tasks and handle competing priorities under pressure while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
Ability to manage highly confidential information
Strong, demonstrated computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and Lotus Notes
Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate meetings, both in-person and remotely
WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Normal office environment
Some travel required

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
