Student will perform statistical genetic analyses to identify genes and environmental factors that influence healthy aging using data from the Long Life Family Study.
Job Requirements
Current Ph.D. student in Human Genetics. Familiarity with Unix, R statistical software, and methods used to analyze genetic data, such as linkage, association, and sequence analysis.
Required Child Protection Clearances
PA Act 153 requires that all prospective employees complete the following clearances and background checks: PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Record Check andFBICriminal Record Check. These clearances and background checks will be required as a condition of employment.
