Summary:
Reporting to the Asset Management Systems Manager, this position is responsible for maintaining and improving operational and business processes and systems that monitor, analyze and evaluate the organizations operational assets. Responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:
Maintaining and recommending changes to the companys asset management processes and programs that identify the asset risks in regards to likelihood of consequences of failure and maintainability.
Conducting information and data audits on regular intervals to ensure compliance with agreed upon standards. Adheres to performance metrics within the asset management system to include qualitative and quantitative measurements for operational and financial purposes to show the reliability of processes.
Coordinating with the IT department to ensure that the applicable systems (Corporate Delay Tracking, TOEE, EDMS, OSI Pi, OBIEE, AIPR, RCFA, Viziya, RCM Dashboard) provide accurate and timely data to meet the operating units business needs regarding reliability, asset condition, life cycle cost, life expectancy, and asset energy performance (e.g. uptime, efficiency).
Conducting annual audits of asset management systems variables and metrics (e.g. Max Demonstrated Value, RCM Dashboard RCM Attributes, Delay Targets, equipment tree hierarchy).
Continually recommends improvements of the asset management processes and systems allowing them to aggregately report asset performance.
REQUIREMENTS:
The position requires a bachelor's degree in information technology, business or related field and at least three (3) years of related experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Experience in maintenance or knowledge of manufacturing operations, as well as knowledge of reliability assurance applications is preferred.
Excellent computer, troubleshooting, communication, and writing skills are essential.
This position is part of a career ladder.
Selected candidate will be place on the ladder commensurate with his/her experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
