The primary responsibilities of the HR Talent Development Leader are:
Support the local organization in identifying short to midterm talent demands; define and implement actions to close talent gaps
Locally implement assessment, development, and succession management processes and tools in line with global parameters; provide continual oversight and quality management
Assist the HR Business Partner team in executing effective Performance Management to enable a high performance culture
Consult with and support the HR Business Partners in defining and implementing high impact development plans and measures to effectively develop top talent in the organization
Drive decisions on the selection and management of external vendors in collaboration with the US HR shared service center
Manage the identification of development and training needs in the US and find state-of-the-art solutions for sustainable development
Provide oversight and quality management of local training offerings and ensure high quality standards in design and delivery
Establish a high quality local Personnel & Organizational Conferences (POC) process for the US and provide the relevant local input for regional, global, and community conferences in line with the global framework
Qualifications to Be Considered:
MA/MS degree in Human Resources or related field

years of HR experience with increasing responsibility
Recent HR experience in pharmaceutical Industry
Proven track record with specific expertise and demonstrated knowledge in the field ofTalent Management/Development including the successful design and implementation of concepts,processes and toolsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
