Screw Machine Setup / Operator
We are seeking hardworking, reliable Screw Machinists to join our team. We are primarily looking for setup machinists, but will also consider experienced operators.
Preferred applicants will posses the following:
o Minimum 2 to 5 years experience with automatic screw machines (preferably Acme Gridley machines)
o Hands on experience with performing setups
o Experience with pick-off attachments, Winter thread rolling attachments, shave tools, and circular chaser die heads
o Demonstrated ability to verify part conformity using micrometers, calipers, dial indicators and other gauges
o Ability to read, analyze, and understand setup sheets and part drawings
o Ability troubleshoot setup and/or run performance issues to improve production and decrease downtime
Positions are Full Time, 1st Shift M-F 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, 2nd Shift M-Th 3:30 pm to 2:00 am, with overtime possible.
Benefits Include (Health/Dental/Vision/Life, 401k, etc.) and production efficiency bonus (up to 20% every pay period) available.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
