Description
Provide report development and metrics/data analytics to the Support Services (Customer Service) Team.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Focus on reporting (building and maintaining daily, monthly and quarterly reports) to improve productivity, quality, and overall performance
Design and maintain dashboards to measure and monitor productivity and proficiency
High level of data analysis relative to identifying trends, root causes, efficiencies and improvement opportunities
Analyze volume (receipts/production) to determine appropriate inventory and goal levels
Perform root cause analysis by collecting and analyzing operational data (MDRs; complaints; calls; exceptions; compliance; etc.)
Provide support to management and other internal customers as needs arise, including ad-hoc data analysis, special projects, and other duties as assigned
Work across functional lines to develop and implement solutions (Exception Reduction; Improved End of Use Processes; Enhanced Troubleshooting)
Display a wide degree of creativity and initiative to improve customer satisfaction levels
Develop and update presentations
Work directly with internal and external customers to implement changes
Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Educations and/or
Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Business or a related field required. We will consider equivalent work experience in place of degree.
3or more years of experience with reporting and data analysis required
Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems and make appropriate judgment calls to insure the correct outcome.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Access and Excel. Working knowledge of SQL desired.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
