Roles and Responsibility:
The position works independently to perform functions which require the analysis and communication of issues of moderate to high complexity that support the client Ethics and Compliance Programs business processes.
The incumbent will manage the new requirements gathering and analysis of the RSA Archer eGRC platform as a management tool for the Ethics & Compliance Program.
This role requires familiarity with translating business requirements into process design with a strong partnering relationship with process partners and IT support.
The position will require analysis of solutions including the aggregation of data and identification of key risk indicators from multiple process partners.
The position will coordinate with Compliance Risk Owners, Division Compliance Managers, and OBP Managers to enable processes within the Archer system to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of individual compliance programs, including the consolidation of information involving compliance audits/assessment/remediation plans, compliance training, and risk assessments.
Proficiency or functional expertise in RSA Archer required.
Must Have Skills
Have experience with the Archer eGRC platform versions 5.x
Ability to configure workspaces, dashboards, data driven events, calculations in the Archer platform
Understand general data modeling concepts
Possess or have an interest in enterprise risk management concepts and its goals within a financial institution
Knowledge of Bank products, processes, and requirements a plus
Minimum of 2-5 years Archer analysis experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
