Designing and developing the next generation, cutting-edge software for the healthcare providers, targeted at reducing physician burnout, and increasing physician patient engagement using Ambient Technology and AI Implementing solutions meant to improve the quality of clinical documentation Working hand-in-hand with the customers Participating in activities relating to the improvement of the software development process Present your work during technical workshops Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher from (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution OR High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and a minimum of ten (10) years of experience as a software engineer in lieu of the Bachelor's degree education requirement Three (3) years of experience with one (1) or more modern programming languages (Java, C#, JavaScript, Go, Python), object-oriented programing concepts and design patterns Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Have worked with enterprise software Have experience with web application frameworks and databases Have experience with cloud technologies (AWS, k8s, docker) Strong analytical skills Strong communications and presentation skills Travel:

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Software DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
