Working with a team of researchers on improving our Speech Understanding technologies for human-computer and doctor-patient conversational speech Interacting with product teams to understand what challenges doctors face and how to improve our technology with greater intelligence, allowing doctors to put their patients first. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following
Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution Three (3) years of object-oriented programming developing in C+
or java Experience with algorithms and code complexity Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
A background in mathematics or statistics Prior experience in optimizing code for special hardware Experience with both Linux and Windows
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Systems Architecture & Engineering, Software DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
