Designing, developing, implementing, and testing micro-services for an enterprise healthcare application Coordinating and communicating with clinical specialists, NLP researchers, and product analysts Working with fellow software engineers and other team members to design and build required systems Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university OR High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution and a minimum of six (6) years of experience software development in lieu of the bachelor's degree education requirement Three (3) years or more of experience as a Software Engineer Three (3) years of development experience with a with a JVM (e.g. Java) or .NET CLR language (e.g. C#) Experience in designing and developing RESTful web services Experience in designing and implementing relational data models Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Five (5) years or more of experience as a Software Engineer Strong grasp of OOAD principles Familiarity with Spring Boot or the Spring framework Familiarity with healthcare data - e.g. HL7, FHIR Experience with scripting languages such as Shell Experience with PostgreSQL Experience working with cloud-based environments Working proficiency with containers and frameworks like Docker Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Systems Architecture & Engineering, Software DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
