SUMMARY The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for the development, implementation and management of operational and technical quality assurance (QA) processes and procedures in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and the supervision of the staff and contractors while performing QA tasks in support of the Quantico Network and Infrastructure Modernization project. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Responsible for the integration of CNI Core Competencies into daily functions, including:

Ensures efficient execution and compliance of the Quality System to established requirements and functional specifications. Takes measures to reduce risk of nonconformance. Manages any changes necessary to the Quality Control Plan (QCP) already submitted and approved by the Government for the program. Changes with the QCP shall be submitted to the CO and COR within five calendar days of the affected change via the Program Manager or LLC Manager for TTG. Manages execution of the QCP, which relates to the following:
Definition of contractor quality control management lines of responsibility Quality Control Management System Process Internal Design Review/Change Control Process Internal Document Control Process Process for Testing Process for the execution of Corrective Actions Process for maintaining Quality Assurance records throughout the project lifecycle Process for performing random internal Quality Control audits. Develops all deliverables necessary to meet the requirements of the contract related to QA/QC. Provides expertise and review of other team deliverables for accuracy where appropriate. Develops and maintains the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan and Performance Metrics Plan in accordance with the PWS for the project. Establishes and maintains an effective quality control program to ensure services are performed in accordance with the PWS. Develops and implements procedures to identify, prevent and ensure non-recurrence of defective services. Develops, maintains and tracks performance metrics reporting per contract requirements. Recommends quality improvements / changes to On-Site Project Manager. Reviews work and deliverable products to ensure compliance with applicable work / contract instructions, criteria, standards and approved procedures. Conveys technical comments and recommendations, as appropriate. Coaches / trains managers and project teams in established quality processes, procedures and expected project deliverables. Interfaces and effectively communicates with the Client, Contractor, On-Site Project Manager and other TTG management team. Posses' strong communication skills both written and verbal. Responsible for aiding in own self-development by being available and receptive to any training made available by the company. Plans daily activities within the guidelines of company policy, job description and supervisor's instruction in such a way as to maximize personal output. Responsible for keeping own immediate work area in a neat and orderly condition to ensure safety of self and coworkers. Will report any unsafe conditions and/or practices to the appropriate supervisor and human resources. Will immediately correct any unsafe conditions to the best of own ability. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Bachelor's degree in a related field of Quality Assurance Management and a minimum of seven (7) years' relevant QA management experience, or equivalent combination of education / experience.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Quality ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
