Reiter for a Full-Time bilingual (Spanish/English) paralegal to join our law firm in downtown Pittsburgh.
The firm concentrates in Immigration, Personal Injury, and Workers' Compensation law representing people in immigration case and people who have ben injured in accidents.
The job includes working on both immigration cases, including primarily family-based and removal/deportation cases, and working on personal injury and workers compensation cases.
As to immigration cases, duties include assisting with intakes, opening files, communicating with clients, preparing forms and supporting evidence for USCIS, preparing and filing evidence and pleadings with EOIR (Immigration Court), and other related duties.
As to injury cases, duties include assisting with intakes, opening files communicating with clients, ordering and indexing medical records, assisting with all aspects of discovery and pleadings, filing with court and on WCAIS, and other related duties.
Must be functionally fluent in both Spanish and English.
3-5 years experience as an immigration paralegal required.
Previous experience in personal injury/workers compensation is highly preferred.
Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate required.

Salary commensurate with experience and is competitive.
Must be bilingual (Spanish-English).
