Correctional Health Care Full range of medical, behavioral health, pharmacy, utilization management, provider contracting, claims processing, and quality management services _______________________________________________________________ POSITION SUMMARY The Corporate Compliance Auditor is part of the Corporate Quality Management Team and is responsible for assisting with the preparation and completion of all national audits He/She performs other duties relating to achieving quality, efficient health services as measured by the nationally recognized standards of NCCHC and ACA.
REQUIREMENTS :
Active RN license Corrections experience ACA or NCCHC certification (or obtain within 1 year of starting)

Trains site managers and key personnel on all necessary aspects of obtaining and retaining required accreditations 2.
Conducts internal examinations of processes and systems such as Sick Call and Chronic Clinic for Wexford facilities as requested.

Assists with the development of Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) for processes that are found to be outside compliance 4.
Follows up on all implemented CAPs for a site-specific time frame 5.
Aids with preparation for ACA/NCCHC audits for Wexford Health facilities 6.
Provides interim administrative support in the absence of a Health Service Administrator 7.
Conducts pre-audit visit and mock audits of Wexford facilities, as requested.

Collaborates with medical programs for any and all Wexford facilities in regards to ACA/NCCHC or any other auditing body 9.
Creates uniform policies and procedures for Wexford sites to meet and exceed current national standards 10.
Reviews and revises Quality Management and site specific Operations guidelines as needed at corporate, regional, and site level 11.
Participates in Medical Executive Meetings and all other meetings as required 12.
Keeps up to date on changes in standards and serves as a subject matter expert for ACA & NCCHC.

Serve as point person to respond to questions and issues regarding any ACA/NCCHC audits Minimum Requirements:
LICENSING :
Current state Registered Nursing license CERTIFICATION :
CCHP or CCHP-A; NCCHC accreditation a plus (or obtain within 1 year of starting) EDUCATION :
BS in nursing or comparable field EXPERIENCE :
3 to 5 years corrections experience PREFERRED EXPERIENCE :
Five (5)
years in a senior nursing management role OTHER PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES :
Proactive, self-starter.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
