We are looking for someone to partner with leadership and operating teams to continuously provide critical information, unbiased facts, and risks & opportunities to enhance growth and operating results.
This individual will relentlessly provide controllership guidance assisting in the company's overall financial integrity.
The ideal candidate can work on highly complex assignments within a financial and business intelligence scope with extensive latitude for independent judgment.
Responsibilities Support the CFO, VP of Finance, and Controller across a wide range of corporate finance and accounting functions Assist in leading the financial planning and review process, including the annual budget, short-term forecasts, and business reviews Work directly with all levels of the accounting team, both internal and external shared service, providing support as well as helping to improve accuracy and completeness of all financial information in accordance with GAAP Operate as a direct finance business partner to various departments such as Revenue Management, Sales, Operations, and other corporate functions Assist in developing financial presentation packages for review with all levels of management, including board of directors, and various business partners on a periodic and annual basis Track and analyze KPIs, uncover trends and assess business risks and opportunities to provide recommendations to senior leaders Provide decision support to management by developing and maintaining strategic financial models to test various scenarios and analyze corporate profitability Manage and enhance the ROI analysis tools such as discounted cash flow models on capital and business investments as well as customer proposals Active participant within the Coca-Cola corporate system pillar organizations supporting all areas of the business Partner with IT to drive standardization with hands on development of financial and operational reporting driving better actionable data visibility across organization Perform ad-hoc financial analysis projects with various business leaders Identify trends and improvement opportunities through process reviews and suggest corrective actions for implementation Other finance and accounting projects as assigned by the VP of Finance and Accounting Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required Minimum of 5 years of core progressive FP&A/Finance experience CPA and/or CMA a plus Thorough knowledge of accepted accounting principles and financial concepts Experience with financial and BI systems such as SAP, Snowflake (SQL), PowerBI, Blackline, Vena, and advanced Excel with the ability to be a super user Must be a highly motivated self-starter able to work independently or as a part of a team that is detail-oriented with strong organizational and critical thinking skills Ability to analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate, concise, and timely recommendations to management for decision making purposes Excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills needed to communicate with a wide span of audiences from the warehouse for to senior leadership Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to engage and influence internal and external partners with the technical acumen to interpret business implications Additional Information ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages, LLC requires all applicants to undergo a background verification process prior to commencing employment with the company.
