years of experience in working with infants, toddlers, children, and youth with unique abilities.
We are seeking a BCBA to join the KDS team! Summary BCBA is responsible for monitoring the comprehensive/focused behavioral intervention services to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental delays in language, cognitive, adaptive behavior, social-emotional, self-care, fine motor, gross motor andcommunication development.
The BCBA is ultimately responsible for supervision of ABA and group services to the children and families, as well as accurate record keeping of case notes and excellent communication.
The BCBA maintains a weekly billable caseload of service hours as directed by the Clinical Director of ABA Services.
Duties include but are not limited to Provide treatment that is in accordance with BACB's guidelines, policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines set forth by KDS Develop treatment plans; conduct treatment planning sessions Conduct assessments and reassessments Provide supervision to behavior technicians/RBTs Conduct competencies on behavior technician/RBT Conduct regular parent training sessions Develop materials, provide resources, provide professional development to administrators, educators, paraprofessionals, and parents/guardians Work collaboratively with other clinical and non-clinical staff to promote positive client behavior Attend IEP, eligibility, or other meetings as necessary and provide related behavioral information Complete session notes in accordance with insurance guidelines Manage own schedule and caseload Minimum Qualifications Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (in good standing with the BACB) Must hold a current License in the state of employment (if required) Completion of BCBA supervision training Must pass background check upon hire and yearly thereafter as a condition of employment 3
