We a need for a skilled maintenance technician.
Wood Street provides single occupancy housing (SRO) sleeping rooms with shared restrooms.
Wood Street provides housing for adults at risk of homelessness with on site supportive services.
Wood Street also has 6 floors of commercial tenant space as well.
Applicant should be comfortable in a human service type environment.
We provide support to individuals with addictions, mental health issues.
So you must be compassionate and comfortable addressing issues outside of normal maintenance situations.
Hours Wednesday through Sunday 3:
30pm to 12 midnight Primary
Responsibilities:
Building Attendant Position Covering front desk -monitor residents coming in and out of building and making sure only residents enter, passing out mail, answer phones, monitor cameras, help building visitors.
Building security rounds- assist with resident lock outs, de escalate any resident issues.
Cleaning and stocking restrooms Common area cleaning Assist with brining out building trash bins and collecting trash.
Must be dependable and able to commit to schedule, team player, willing to complete all job functions.
