Quick Apply Full-time 16 hours ago Full Job Description Overview The Pharmacy Operations Support Specialist works alongside the Pharmacy Ops Support Manager and other specialists as the first line of contact for Free Market Health customers (pharmacies/specialty practices).
The Pharmacy Operations Support Specialist will set the tone for how our company and services are experienced.
Specifics The specific responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
Provide primary support and resolution for customer issues and challenging cases Review reports and complete any required actions or activities Escalate issues to specialized teams and support teams as required Identify and notify PSL when opportunities for additional education/training are noticed while supporting customers Closely monitor Program Support queue(s) Work within all applications needed to perform job duties Other responsibilities as judgment or necessity dictate Qualifications Minimum
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent GED 1 year of work experience Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a diplomatic and confidential manner Basic knowledge of and skills using MS Windows, MS Office Suite and/or other similar operating/software programs Ability to understand and follow instructions, work independently and efficiently Customer service experience in a healthcare, specialty pharmacy, PBM, call center setting or other related industry Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn proprietary company software Experience working with multiple systems with flexibility and the ability to multitask HHyqZuFKUv Quick Apply.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
