Field Installation Administrator

Summary Provides administrative support to the field installation team.
The Field Installation Administrator will perform administrative duties to support the Delivery Installation Technicians in the field every day.
This individual must have exceptional problem-solving and communication skills and have the ability to identify opportunities to create and implement viable solutions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain proper installation parts inventory; requesting replenishment as needed from the parts department.
Communicate clearly by providing direction to all installation team leads.
Plan and analyze procedures to maximize efficiency and provide improvement recommendations as needed.
Enforce and promote safety standards in compliance with OSHA and company requirements.
Communicate and coordinate with managers to maximize efficiency.
Perform additional duties as requested by the Installation Management staff and the Chief Operations Officer to support the company's vision and mission.
Supervisory Responsibilities No Requirements:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Education High school diploma required Experience Administrative experience a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good working knowledge of the appliance industry Ability to work within platforms including Google Suite for internal communication and collaboration.
Ability to use inventory and routing software Good time management skills License/Certification None Work Location/Hours Robinson / Tuesday - Saturday 8:
00 AM - 4:
30 PM.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
