We are currently looking for an all-around handyperson who can handle landscaping duties as well as odd-jobs inside the buildings.
This employee will need to assist the office and maintenance staff on an as-needed basis.
Our main office is located in Edgewood but work is not limited to the East End.
We also have properties in the Mt Lebanon area, Coraopolis and Shadyside area.
Work hours are 7:
30-4 Monday through Friday.

Maintaining curb appeal of the buildings and properties Minor landscaping tasks such as branch removal, touch-ups on trim, and monitoring status of the grounds Required Qualifications Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete multiple tasks Ability to work individually or as part of a team Ability to pass background check Own and be able to comfortably use a smartphone Valid PA driver's license Able to speak English Job Type:
