What You'll Do:
As the General Manager, you place a strong emphasis on doing the right thing because it's the right thing to do.
You are responsible for ensuring our crew and guests have exceptional experiences.
You inspire our crew to offer our guests warm, genuine heartfelt hospitality.
You oversee all activities of the restaurant team by offering your support, guidance, and feedback.
You will:
Lead recruiting and hiring efforts for hourly crew, developing the team for advanced roles in our company Spearhead developing sales across all revenue streams to positively impact profitability and charitable efforts Foster a clean, safe and positive environment.
Strive to make game-days and really any of your shifts a great experience for crews and guests alike! Ensure orders, contracts and wastage costs are with within reason by placing orders, managing inventory levels, verifying invoices and submitting approved purchases for payment Schedule regular daily and/or weekly maintenance tasks and repairs needed Make any major decisions about scheduling, allocation of time for training and maintenance tasks to manage overall labor cost budget Manage people with a strong emphasis on communication through touch bases, performance evaluations and training sessions (i.
e.
product/policy, food production, product specs, quality control, ingredient handling and related procedures) Who You Are:
