Responsibilities include assisting the Manager with the maintenance, and cleanliness of our owned/operated property.
Empty trash, scrub rugs as needed, vacuum, dust, clean bathrooms, and wash walls and woodwork as directed by the Property & Maintenance Manager or Administration department.
Sanitizing of frequently touched surfaces.
Cleaning of offices on a rotating schedule.
May need to move furniture when needed, and deliver paper supplies from the lobby to specific departments when orders arrive.
Sweep outside grounds for debris and remove all obstacles from walking/driving areas.
Assists with snow removal and salting.
Assist senior center and Meals on Wheels staff to set up and clean the dining rooms.
Organize and distribute cleaning supplies as necessary.
The candidate must have a pleasant personality and be capable of communicating verbally and in writing.
The candidate must also be able to use a computer, telephone, credit card and other equipment.
