Summary:
We are looking for a creative, hands-on, dedicated recruitment coordinator to lead our efforts to attract and hire operating employees for school bus terminals including drivers, monitors, mechanics, dispatchers, trainers and other similar roles.
You will work closely with our operational, HR and communications departmental teams to develop and execute recruitment campaigns that leverage the Companys employee value proposition and excellent reputation.
The recruitment coordinator is responsible for all aspects of the hiring process, from collaborating on writing job descriptions to collaborating on recruitment campaign materials, to managing the candidate funnel, to preparing and submitting reports on the recruitment process.
A successful recruitment coordinator should be well-versed in the recruitment process as well as relevant employment legislation.
Success in this role will require high levels of organization and have excellent communication and people skills.
In this role you will report to the Regional Operations Manager and work with leaders and staff across the Krise organization.
Job Duties & Responsibilities Interacting with department heads to identify job openings and prepare job descriptions and requirements.
Managing and posting openings on all paid job boards, social media and company websites.
Creating and executing recruiting programs that use traditional media including radio, television and print media, as appropriate and effective.
Creating and executing community-based recruiting programs that engage and work directly with partners including school districts, community organizations, social clubs and organizations, and the local religious and service community.
Identifying, planning, managing and participating in recruitment events.
Identifying, communicating with and referring appropriate job applicants for interview and consideration by local operating managers.
Scheduling and conducting interviews.
Extending job offers and facilitating receipt of required hiring documents.
Preparing and compiling reports on recruitment program operational and effectiveness metrics.
Job Requirements, Competencies and Skills A bachelor's degree in business, human resources or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in and knowledge of recruitment systems and processes.
5 years successful professional recruiting experience may substitute for college degree Must have demonstrated successful prior experience recruiting non-exempt candidates and/or part-time roles.
Knowledge of federal and state employment law, regulation and requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a deadline-conscious, results-driven environment Ability to work in a team, but also independently Demonstrated attention to detail Strong time management / organizational skills Flexibility and adaptability Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.

, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Writer, Teams and SharePoint) Working Conditions Working conditions are variable and include work in an office environment, daily in-region travel and periodic travel (including some overnights) throughout Pennsylvania to school bus terminal operations and attendance and work at recruiting events that may be either inside and outside.
Incumbent must be available for work on non-school days and be available in the evenings and weekends when necessary to meet recruiting event and candidate contact needs.
