Do you want to work with us today to build a better tomorrow? Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Warehouse and Inventory Control Manager to join our operation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of warehouse operations and inventory control.
As a senior leader, you will collaborate with various departments, manage a team of inventory control, material handling, and shipping/receiving staff, and implement strategies to streamline operations while maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity in a 24/7 operation.
This opportunity is based out of Form Energy's Eighty Four, PA facility.

What You'll Do:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of warehouse personnel, ensuring that they are meeting their production targets and are aligned with company goals while defining key performance indicators (KPIs) Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure smooth operations without production interruptions Manage and optimize physical space utilization, layouts, and organization to maximize efficiency, including lineside Kanban locations Develop and execute inventory control strategies, including cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations, closely monitoring inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to prevent material shortages or excesses of materials Implement inventory management systems and tools to track and monitor inventory accuracy Analyze inventory data and generate reports on stock levels, variances, and trends to peers and senior management What You'll Bring:
Proven experience (8
years) as a Warehouse or Inventory Control Manager in a manufacturing environment or similar with strong communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams Expert knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control principles, and supply chain management with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment Proficiency in using inventory management software and warehouse management systems; direct experience with Oracle ERP is a plus Knowledge of incoming quality control processes and manufacturing execution systems; direct experience with Ignition is a plus Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field, Lean Six Sigma certification or experience implementing lean methodologies and an advanced degree preferred #LI-AD1 Besides joining a community of people working to make the world better, Form Energy commits to you equitable compensation, stock options, and offers a generous benefits package to make sure you have the support you need to thrive.
