Operations Manager

Our client, an Electrical Power Company, is looking to bring on an Operations Manager to their team.
This position is supporting a fortune 500 company, one of the fastest growing facilities support contractors in the country.
They are primarily focused on electrical acceptance testing, commissioning, service work, utilities, and protection control.
This person will handle driving and supporting the operational performance of the field operations for the location assigned within the organization.
Responsibilities are below:
o Setting a culture that ensures performance-oriented results aligned with annual operating plans o Support development of annual operating plans o Support customer satisfaction initiatives and processes o Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual operating results are complete and accurate o Focus efforts on growth and expansion of regional large projects through interaction with ABM divisions o Manage a team of project managers/ coordinators and have oversight of field staff o Reviews completed work orders regularly and ensure that quality of standards is met Formal education or additional training in electrical testing Military experience with electrical/ electronic testing NFP- 70E cert NETA Certification Electrical Engineering Technology or EET Bachelors degree 5 years of experience in a management or supervisory role overseeing overall performance of an electrical testing or service group Recommended Skills Customer Satisfaction Electrical Engineering Electrical Inspection Electronics Formal Learning Testing Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
