Position Details:
This position will oversee the HR needs of Harmony Care Services, and will support a growing 24/7 organization.
The Human Resources Generalist, under the general direction of the CEO, assists in the administration of all human resource functions to include, but not limited to, recruitment and retention of staff, benefits administration, orientation of staff, worker's compensation, benefit administration and policy administration.
We are looking for a candidate with exceptional interpersonal skills for the position and at least 5 years in the HR field.
This position will be responsible for directing routine functions of the department including employee relations, complaints/investigations, performance management including discipline and terminations, strategic retention planning, collecting and analyzing employee data to drive company initiatives, and supporting all managers and the CEO with HR initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities Full cycle recruiting and performance management Conduct investigations, training and development, and employee surveys.
Provides support and guidance to Payroll/HR Coordinator when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Create and maintain records including employment records.
Analyzes trends to create strategic plans on recruitment, retention, and engagement efforts.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and
Experience:
A minimum of FIVE years of human resources management experience is preferred.
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or relevant experience is required.
