Personal Teller Representatives provide customer service and process transactions for customers who use the Personal Teller Machines (PTM) found in various branch, drive-thru, and standalone locations in the Pittsburgh market.

, Monday through Saturday at our Strip District facility.
Principal Activities:
Process transactions through the teller equipment on all retail and corporate accounts, including, but not limited to, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
Initiate conversations to uncover customer needs and promote Dollar Bank products and services, and effectively refer customers to appropriate team members when needed.
Act with confidence by helping customers with their questions and take initiative while using sound judgment in decision making and problem resolution.
Promote good customer relations by consistently providing quality service with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and a willingness to always help.
Qualifications:
High School diploma/GED required Candidate must possess at least six months of cash handling and/or customer service experience; teller experience preferred.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required Good math aptitude and proficient computer skills are required Recommended Skills Customer Demand Planning Customer Relationship Management Customer Service Decision Making Friendliness Interpersonal Skills Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
