Senior Risk Analyst

Job Overview:
The Senior Risk Analyst is primarily responsible for the production, analysis, and continuous improvement of ERM reporting and related procedures, as well as assisting and leading aspects of the ERM program as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of analyst experience, with two years of general risk management experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to develop and maintain strong and effective working relationships throughout the organization Intellectual curiosity and the ability to effectively work in a dynamic, ambiguous, and multi-functional environment Possess sound judgment and the ability to apply logical/critical thought processes when approaching work or making recommendations for solutions with limited guidance Bachelors degree in Business, Risk Management, Audit, or related field required.
Advanced degree or risk management certification preferred.
Working knowledge of enterprise risk, risk assessment, controls, and major risk categories preferred.
Principal Activities and Duties:
Responsible for the production, analysis, and continuous improvement of ERM reporting, inclusive of board and management committee reporting (e.
g.
, ERM Dashboard).
Develop and maintain related procedures and ensure continued alignment with regulatory guidance and industry standards.
Document data driven credible challenge.
Perform ad hoc analysis, as requested.
Assist and lead aspects of the ERM program, as assigned.
Build, maintain, and enhance business relationships to support a smooth implementation of the ERM program across the organization.
Partner with the business and functional areas to identify potential risks and collaborate effectively to achieve ERM program and organizational objectives.
Take ownership of assigned areas of responsibility and effectively manage to meet deadlines.
May assist in facilitated sessions, communication and training, and assisting and leading other aspects of the ERM program as assigned.
Performs other duties as assigned.
