We're seeking a future team member in the role of Server Support Specialist tojoin our Production Services Compute Hosting team.
This role is located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Lake Mary, Florida.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Response, resolution, and enhancement of Unix/Windows alerts across our global infrastructure.
Incident Response across all lines of business, clients, and various technologies which support our business.
Support various backup and recovery platforms to ensure stability and reliability to server environments.
In-depth troubleshooting on Redhat and Windows Server platforms.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred6 - 8 years of related infrastructure experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
2 to 3 years server experience and industry-accredited certification or degree.
Experience with Windows, Unix/Linux, VM technologies, and backup management.
Ability to learn new technologies in an evolving industry.
Understanding of ITIL model concepts for Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management.
Flexibility to support a 24x7 support model.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
