Warehouse Lead
University Store - Pennsylvania-Pittsburgh - (23005789) Operates point of sale system, reconciles tills and daily sales, processes exchanges and returns, and assists with opening and closing the store.
Serves in a lead capacity over other employees and provides day-to-day direction.
Designs appealing displays, replenishes stock, and inventories stock and sales rooms.
Delivers effective customer service, fulfills order requests, performs overrides and voids, and mitigates escalated customer services issues.
Reports suspicious activity to avoid inventory shrinkage.
