Description Senior Kafka developer (remote) Cognizant is looking to hire a motivated and energetic Senior Kafka Developer who's passionate about software modernization and understands and document data flows in and between different systems / applications, adheres to procedures and guidelines set forth and assists team with any tech stack challenges and mitigate impediments.

Responsibilities:
oUnderstands target state architecture and various components that cater to business capabilities.
oResponsible for Sprint and product deliverables.
oDevelop and deploy target state components as per business requirements.
oUnderstand and document data flows in and between different systems / applications.
oAdheres to procedures and guidelines set forth.
oAssists team with any tech stack challenges and mitigate impediments.
oCompiling status reports and participate in all Scrum ceremonies.
oPrepare documentation, code Reviews & incorporate feedback on time.
oEducate staff members through training and individual support.
oOffer support by responding to system problems in a timely manner.
Key
Qualifications:
oMinimum 6-8 years of experience on Java, Strong experience in Kafka, Confluent oShould be well versed in Java 11, DevOps, CI/CD pipeline, Spring, Spring Boot oStrong understanding of Mongo DB, Oracle DB oHands on experience in Web Applications, Design and Development of API Services.
oShould be independently able to work in complex Technical Ecosystem oShould have experience in developing REST and SOAP Web Services oShould be well versed in Troubleshooting Application issues by monitoring log.
oShould have very good communication skills.
oShould be able to assess and analyze work with client independently.
