The Title Analyst is responsible for the efficient, effective review and interpretation of title abstracts, certified title opinions, stand-up title opinions, and related documents to synthesize findings and curative actions that are clear, concise, and consistent with company policies and procedures while entering the same into the company's system(s).
Essential Duties:
Utilizes company computer programs designed to store, manage, and track information and documents Exhibits high degree of professionalism Maintains confidentiality in the handling of all business activities Clearly, concisely, and completely communicates analysis to customers inside of the company Utilizes all tools available to make timely analysis that facilitates the company's goals Able to work through assignments with minimal supervision Able to adjust priorities in real-time Required / Preferred Experience and Skills:
High proficiency with all MS Office applications Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing Strong attention to detail Excellent organizational skills Familiarity with oil and gas title review and analysis within the company's operating area In-house E&P title review experience preferred Selected incumbent will be placed into the position that best suits their abilities and experience level.
