Bakery Maintenance Technician Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Bakery Equipment Maintenance and Cleaning Specialists.
The primary responsibilities of this role include ensuring the cleanliness and operational efficiency of baking and packing equipment, as well as maintaining a clean and organized bakery environment.
Successful candidates will receive training on proper equipment cleaning procedures from our client.
Additionally, there are opportunities available for positions involving packing bread using various machines and handling dough for baking.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance cleaning of baking and packing equipment using soap and water.
- Utilize brooms, vacuums, and other cleaning tools to maintain cleanliness in the bakery area.
- Adhere to established cleaning protocols to ensure equipment and workspace meet hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized bakery environment.
- Receive training on proper equipment cleaning techniques and follow guidelines provided by our client.
- Engage in on-the-job training to develop skills in packing bread using different machines.
- Participate in the preparation of dough for baking as required for specific positions.
- Adhere to the designated work schedule:

Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including extended shifts and potential variation in workdays.
- Capacity to adapt and learn on-the-job, particularly in areas of equipment operation and bread packing.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform cleaning tasks and handle equipment as required.
