Receive inbound calls; calls may involve claims status, rejections & benefit information; proficient computer skills This is high energy role and requires individuals who can adapt to changes quickly Will work in a fast passed environment Must have empathy and the ability to control conversation/call High school/GED required Soft skills are very important to this role and require a level of professionalism and caring.
1-3 year experience in a customer service role Must be comfortable working in a high call volume position Must be proactive, self-directed, assertive and creative in problem solving and system planning Strong active listening skills with the ability to act sensitively toward diverse people and situations.
Ability to successfully interact with external customers, peers, colleagues, and management team Demonstrate effective time management skills and demonstrate an ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must demonstrate sound judgment and discretion when approaching problems and making decisions.
Candidates will be working 8am-5pm during 6-7 weeks of training oAfter training candidates would be working shifts between 8am-8pm EST Monday - Friday Candidates must be flexible to work schedule Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
