Santonastasso Enterprises is actively looking to hire a leadership team member that will be devoted to spearheading and implementing the Training and Development efforts across the entire crew and management staff of over 560 people.

As the Head of Training and Development at McDonald's, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce by designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that foster employee growth and ensure operational excellence.
Your expertise will be instrumental in developing a skilled and motivated team, driving performance improvements, and enhancing our commitment to exceptional customer service.
Key
Responsibilities:
Training Program Development:
Develop and maintain training programs that align with McDonald's standards and values, ensuring that employees receive the necessary knowledge and skills for their roles.
Curriculum Design:
Design and update training materials, modules, and other resources to keep them current and engaging, taking into account the evolving needs of the business.
Quality Assurance:
Establish and enforce quality control measures to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to meet organizational objectives.
Compliance:
Ensure all training programs comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
Performance Metrics:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of training initiatives and provide regular reports to senior management.
Employee Development:
Collaborate with the rest of the leadership team to identify development needs, track employee progress, and create individualized development plans for career growth.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training and development strategies.
