is hiring! You are responsible for the implementation, management, and retention of a block of business for a firm with 60
years of success and growth! Account Executive responsibilities include:
o Case preparation and summary of all employee benefit programs (including medical, life, short and long-term disability voluntary plans, HRA, HSA, FSA, etc.
), o Compiling client data (census, plan design, etc.
), o Drafting and soliciting RFPs for clients to be sent to vendors as well as generating quotes via quoting software, o Updating policy information; maintaining client and policy data in CRM; in-force policy service (including claims, billing and administrative issues) o Troubleshooting client policy difficulties.
o Open-Enrollment presentations (virtual, phone, in-person) and accompanying producers on sales meetings as subject-matter expert.

What is required:
o Undergraduate degree o Life, Accident & Health License o Minimum of 5 years' experience in the employee benefits field (small/mid-market) with either a broker, carrier or benefits administrator.
o Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) o Strong attention to detail.
o Industry related designations, such as:
GBDS, CEBS, GBA, HIA (preferred but not required) Recommended Skills Administration Attention To Detail Billing Claim Processing Communication Customer Relationship Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
