Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Operations located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all operational processes, managing the operations team, driving efficiency improvements, and measuring performance both internal and external.
Additionally, the Director of Operations is responsible for developing strategic planning based on the overall business objectives, building collaborative team environments while interacting closely with other cross-functional teams and our customers.
Qualifications 10
years of experience in Operations Management, preferably in the logistics and/or supply chain industry Proven track record of success in developing and implementing operational strategies, process improvements, and cross-functional alignment Strong project management skills with experience leading teams, process design, implementation, and customer service Ability to prioritize, demonstrate relentless discipline in achieving goals and work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, supply chain management or a related field.
MBA or master's degree in Supply Chain Management preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent presentation skills with the ability to present to different audiences and bring the message across in a concise and professional manner Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - effectively evaluate information / data to make decisions, anticipate obstacles and develop plan to resolve and create actionable strategies and operational plans Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, partner stakeholders, and in high-impact customer environments Motivational leadership with the ability to articulate vision and successfully drive execution Experience working on multiple projects, in various stages, simultaneously and managing project budgets including annual budgets for the company Possess a 'whatever it takes' attitude to achieve results during flexible work hours Demonstrated success as a seasoned manager with ability to hire, mentor, coach, develop and motivate a high performing team Ability to commute or move to the Pittsburgh area and work with the team in the office Employee stock options Competitive compensation packages and benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr Recommended Skills Artificial Intelligence Business Planning Business Process Improvement Coaching And Mentoring Communication Cost Reduction Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
