OVERVIEW OF THE ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT ROLE:
Embrace the importance of your role as an Accounting Assistant, where every task is significant:
Handle the 3-way match of the accounts payable process with precision and accuracy.
Manage data entry of A/R invoices efficiently.
Accounting Assistant oversees the A/P email box, responding to inquiries promptly.
Enter deposit information into our systems accurately.
Accounting Assistant coordinates and maintains utility payments and accounts, ensuring seamless operations.
Participate in special projects assigned by management and senior accounting staff.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT ROLE:
Your experience and qualifications are vital for this role:
Previous experience in General Accounting, AP, or AR is highly valuable.
An Associate's Degree is required to take up this opportunity.
Showcase your proficiency in data entry and basic Excel skills.
